Resin Bonded surface can applied over concrete or tarmac providing the old surface is solid and any bumps or hollows can be evened out in the prior preparation.

The Resin Bonded Hi-Bond Chemicals system provides an attractive, hard wearing, low maintenance surface using a wide range of natural and recycled aggregates. Using the latest in resin technology to provide all the visual pleasure of gravel but with the stones bonded together to stop them moving. The intention is for the natural-surface aggregate particle to be sunk to 50-60% of its diameter into the resin layer providing the optimum particle bond profile. The finished surface is designed to give the appearance of loose aggregate without the many maintenance problems.

Selected Range of Aggregates

Aggregates are available in a wide range of natural and pigmented colours. Natural stone effects have been chosen to be both aesthetically pleasing and traditional in appearance. They offer an environmentally friendly solution for landscape design and project development. The highly visible epoxy pigmented bauxite aggregates are hard wearing and enable moderately intricate design work to be incorporated, in addition to providing clear definition for sign age or area differentiation.
